The Hotchkin Course is a heathland course - 7080 yards (par 73, SSS 75) from the championship tees, 6501 yards (par 71, SSS 73) from the general play tees. Built on sandy soil, The Hotchkin offers good playing conditions all year round. It is renowned for its 18 individual holes and cavernous bunkers. The Hotchkin has recently been voted the best inland course in the UK by Golf World and is currently ranked 47th in the world. The Bracken Course is a US style parkland course - 6735 yards (par 72, SSS 74) from the championship tees, 6134 yards (par 72, SSS 71) from the general play tees. A Donald Steel designed course it compliments the Hotchkin perfectly.

The Coaching Facilities include one of the best short game academys in Europe, a 20 bay floodlit driving range, grass tees & putting greens.
